Providence MyChart Transitions Aug. 31

The MyChart transition is coming Aug. 31. Here are some tips to help ease onboarding of patients to MyChart for their health records: 

Please have your staff direct all patient login and account access issues to the Patient Engagement Center (PEC) after the Aug. 31 transition rather than troubleshoot authentication.

Patients must search for 'Providence MyChart' in the App Store and not just 'MyChart.'
