Dear Caregivers,
As we kick off this special week of celebration, we want to start with a heartfelt thank you. Every person across our hospital plays an important role in the care and experience we provide to our patients, families and one another. The work happening here every day is extraordinary, and it only happens because of you.
This year’s Hospital Week theme is “Healing Happens Here,” and that healing takes many forms. It’s found in the skill and compassion you bring to your work, the way teams support each other and the countless moments of kindness, comfort and connection that happen throughout our organization every day.
To begin the week, we invite you to watch our new Faces of Providence video. This project features some of the incredible caregivers, physicians and Values in Action honorees who help make Providence and St. Joseph Hospital such a special place to work and receive care. Their stories and reflections capture the heart of who we are as an organization.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the video and helped bring it to life. Your willingness to share your voices and experiences created something truly meaningful.
We also have a variety of activities and events planned throughout the week, and we encourage you to join in whenever you can.
Thank you again for everything you do and for the care, dedication and excellence you bring to St. Joseph Hospital every day. We are grateful to work alongside all of you.
