Dear Caregivers,

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work happening across St. Joseph Hospital and throughout Providence. We are seeing meaningful progress not only in our financial performance, but also in the quality, safety and experience of care we provide every day.

From declining infections and improved outcomes for critically ill patients to stronger patient experience scores and better access to care, these results reflect the dedication, compassion and excellence of our caregivers and teams. They are a direct result of the work you do every day for our patients and community.

I’m proud of what we are accomplishing together and grateful for the commitment that continues to move us forward.
